Telecommunications lawyers

The world of Electronic Communications falls into 2 main categories: Mobile phones -with operators such as EE, 3, 02, and Vodafone and Broadband with BT, Virgin Media, Ogi and other numerous local providers. Our Team at Hugh James headed by David King, has a unique breadth of experience having acted for a number of the Mobile Phone operators and also acting for individual site owners and third party investors.

The market has been greatly affected recently with the introduction of the new Electronic Communications Code which has completely disrupted the market. Thankfully since its introduction we have dealt with cases on a daily basis helping clients like you to maximise income and minimise the adverse effects of the code. We also deal with matters which are taken to the Lands Tribunal where the parties have failed to agree terms.

We also have a large practise advising investors in electronic communications infrastructure market having helped establish 2 of the main investors in the UK.
