In this week’s episode, the abuse team discusses the recent investigations surrounding allegations of sexual misconduct by Mike Jeffries,  the ex-CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch and his partner. They were allegedly exploiting men at sex events they hosted around the world.

A BBC investigation has revealed a string of sexual abuse cases, with 12 men described attending or organising the events, which involved sex acts, between 2009 and 2015.

All men were required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and they were not permitted to keep copies or given sufficient time to read the agreements. They were told if they spoke out about anything, then legal action would be brought against them.

If you or someone you know have experienced sexual abuse in the workplace, please get in touch with our sexual abuse specialists for an informal discussion.
