In this week’s episode of HJ Talks About Abuse, the abuse team discuss the recent decision of the US Supreme Court to overturn Roe v Wade, which was a landmark decision in 1973 which guaranteed women and pregnant people a constitutional right to abortion. Abortion laws are now governed by the individual state, with some states banning abortion in all instances.

They discuss the implications that this will have on women in the US and the subject of sexual abuse in relation to abortion.
