Sarah-Jane is an Associate in the Specialist PI Department and has extensive experience in personal injury and disease litigation.

Sarah-Jane manages the fast-track personal injury team which deals with road traffic accident claims and employers’ liability and public liability claims up to the value of £25,000.

Sarah-Jane also represents victims in high value and complex personal injury claims, and has over 10 years of experience in civil litigation dealing with motor, accidents at work and public liability claims.

Sarah-Jane also acts for clients who have suffered distress or financial loss due to a breach of data protection. With the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), this is a fast growing, niche area of law and Sarah-Jane works at the forefront of this developing area.
