- leading a UK team of 15 HR specialists successfully TUPE transferred and integrating over 3,000 staff worldwide for IBM
- successfully developing and facilitating change management programmes for public and private sector organisations
- developing and delivering a new competency based performance management process for a 600 employee organisation
- considerable experience developing and implementing organisation restructures and redundancies. The range of support has varied from ad hoc advice to project managing the process and assisting with the communication strategy
